Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $149.
For orders under $149, a standard shipping fee of $8.95 applies.
Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days from the time your order is placed.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Partner
All Australian deliveries are handled by Australia Post.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes and handling are managed by the courier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, Australia Post will be best placed to assist directly.

New Zealand Delivery
Standard shipping flat rate: $15
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Express shipping is available for $22, with delivery typically taking 4–5 business days from dispatch.
All New Zealand orders are delivered via Australia Post and require a signature on delivery.
International Delivery
Standard international shipping flat rate: $20
International delivery timeframes are 3–10 business days, depending on destination.
