How can I check the status of my order?
If you created an account with us, simply log in and head to Orders. You’ll see a list of all past and current orders, with the status clearly displayed.
Here’s what each status means:
- Shipped – Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you (or may have already arrived).
- Awaiting Fulfilment – Your order has been received and is currently being processed by our warehouse.
If you checked out as a guest, order tracking won’t be visible in your account. In this case, you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order ships. That email will include all the important details, including your tracking number.
If you’re ever unsure or just want an update, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Will I receive a confirmation email after ordering?
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and view order history more easily.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from within Australia. This allows us to offer faster delivery times and more reliable service, while keeping everything managed locally.
Who do you ship with?
Within Australia, we ship with Australia Post.
For international orders, we use trusted international courier services to ensure reliable delivery and accurate tracking from dispatch through to arrival.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect the following delivery timeframes:
- Within Australia: 1–2 business days
- New Zealand: 3–4 business days
- Rest of the world: 6–10 business days

Do you ship internationally?

All orders are dispatched from Australia, and tracking details are provided once your order is on its way.
Will my parcel be taken to the post office if I’m not home?
In most cases, no. Your delivery driver is instructed to leave your parcel at your doorstep or in a safe location, rather than taking it to the post office.
On rare occasions, if the driver believes there is no safe place to leave your parcel, it may be taken to your local post office for collection. However, this is uncommon - in the majority of deliveries, your order will be waiting safely for you when you get home.
Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

How do I return an item?

How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to send items back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. You can lodge an online return via our online portal HERE.

We carefully choose high-quality fabrics designed for comfort, durability, and a premium feel.
If you’d like more information about a specific garment, everything you need is listed on the product page - including fabric details, fit, length, and care instructions. That way, you can choose your perfect piece with confidence.
Are your collections restocked?
Our pieces are released in limited drops. Once a style sells out, it may not be restocked. This approach allows us to keep each release considered and intentional.
For early access to future drops, we recommend joining our mailing list.
How do I know which size to choose?

Will you be releasing new styles?
Yes. We release new seasonal pieces throughout the year rather than on a fixed schedule.

Do your items fit true to size?
Most of our styles are designed to fit true to size. If a garment fits differently, we’ll always highlight this in the product description.
Do the colours look exactly the same in real life?
We do our best to accurately represent colours, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
